Is RSOrder legit?

Before writing this review I did some research, because I wanted to find out as much as possible about this website. Out of all the shops in the market RSOrder had one of the worst reviews - currently they have 7% 1 star reviews! They have a somewhat decent client base, but it seems as if at times they have a lot of internal issues.


Also it seems as if this website has no profiles in any of the gold trading forums.

If you google some of RSOrder reviews you can come across a lot of platforms where people left their reviews, some of them are flat out 1 star ratings, however the full picture can be seen on Trustpilot, where they have 90% 5 star reviews. 90% seems pretty good, however it is way bellow average compared to other shops.


Is RSOrder safe?

I would say they are safe, however their reviews are not perfect and this means that often times their customers are dissatisfied. 


I believe that the main problem they have seems to be extremely bad customer support. It’s difficult to get in touch with them and even when you do you can be stuck waiting for hours before you receive gold. And in some cases you can be left with nothing simply because their customer support fails to fulfill their function.

RSOrder also asks you to confirm your ID, they do so by calling you and they may also ask for some additional information. But given that they have so many negative reviews I would be reluctant to trust them with my details.

It may seem like Im painting RSOrder in a bad light, but honestly, looking at their reviews has left me shocked, as I’ve never seen worst reviews in this market. Even on Trustpilot they have over 7% 1 star reviews, while other shops usually have about 1-2%. But the good news is that the percentage of their bad reviews did get better over the months, because when I first wrote this review a few months back, they had over 10% of 1 star reviews.
